Suji Laddu
Ingredients
Sooji or Bombay Rava- 2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups (If you like more sugar yon put ˝ more cup)
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts - 10
Raisins (Kismis) - 10
Cardamom (Elaichi) - 3
Coconut powder - 1/2 cup (Optional)
Milk - 1 cup
Method:
- Fry Suji in 2 tsp of ghee till it turns light brown, Let it cool.
- Fry Cardamom and make a powder.
- Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan & fry Cashewnuts, later add raisins.
- Powder the Rava & Sugar separately in mixer, then mix them. (Optional)
- Mix all the ingredients well & make ladoos by adding the little bit milk.
Laddu's will be soft and yummy. If you would like to store laddu's for a longer period then store them in a
closed container and when ever you feel like eating microwave it for 10 sec,
then also laddu's will be soft and hot.
Yammy tastes good, isn't it!!!
Note: Milk is other way of doing laddu's, if you like ghee use ghee to make
laddu's, but I usually avoid ghee.
