Green Mango Panha
Ingredients
1 cup Mango pulp.
3 cups Sugar
4 Cardamoms
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Pressure cook green mango in pressure cooker. Put it off after 4 whistles.
Or Boil Green mango until it cooks. Take out pulp from green mango.
- Add sugar and cardamoms. Grind it in a mixer. Keep it refrigerated.
- While
serving take grinded pulp in a container and add water as per good taste.Add
salt. It is used as a good refresher in summer.
You can store pulp of Panha for 15 days.
Serving size 8 bowls.
