Mushroom Tortillas with Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

2 - Tortilla Breads
2 cloves - Garlic (grated)
1/4th - Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp - Olive Oil
1/2 can - Mushroom (chopped)
4 tbsp - Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp - Basil Butter seasoning
Salt and Pepper according to taste.

Ingredients for the dip:

1 - Avocado (peeled & smashed)
1/2 - Tomato (chopped)
2 leaves - fresh Crisp Lettuce (finely chopped)
1 small - Green Chilly (chopped)
1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
2 tbsp - Guacamole seasoning
Salt and Pepper according to taste.

Method:

For Mushroom Tortillas:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion, saute it for few minutes. Then add chopped mushrooms - saute it for 10 minutes till it is cooked. Add salt, pepper, basil butter seasoning and half the cheese to it. Keep this mixture aside.
  2. Now take one tortilla bread and spread the mixture on it and also sprinkle the remaining cheese on it. Then cover it with another tortilla bread. in a non - stick pan - put few drops of oil and toast tortilla bread till the cheese melts a bit inside. This way when the cheese melts - the tortilla breads stick together. then place it on a platter and cut into six or eight pieces. you can now serve this with the dip.

For the dip:

Just mix all the ingredients together and the dip is ready. store the avocado seed in the dip to prevent it from browning.

Hope you enjoy it!!!
