VEGETABLE DOSAI. Try out my hubby's favourite cabbage & cheese parathas, Hope

Cabbage-Cheese Parathas
Ingredients
For Stuffing:
1.Cabbage(fresh)-1 cup (finely grated)
2.Ceddar Cheese or any type of cheese you like-1/2cup(finley grated)
3.Green Chillies- 2-3 (finely chopped)
4.Ginger -1/2 tspn (finely grated)
5.Garam masala-1 tspn
6.Paparika powder-1/2 tspn
7.Salt as per taste
8.Ghee or Butter- 3 tbspns
9.Lemon juice-1 tspn
10.Coriander leaves-1 tbsp (finely chopped)
For Dough:
Wheat flour-1 cup
Maida or all purpose flour-1 cup
Ghee-1/2 tbspn
Salt as per taste
Warm water to make dough
Method:
- Take a bowl add wheat flour & maida, salt, melted ghee make dough mixing
warm water keep kneading dough for 15 mins until nice & soft, cover it let it
stand for half an hour.
- Take grated cabbage and sqeeze of all water in it.
- Heat a pan on medium
flame add the the cabbage & all other ingredients except cheese & lemon juice
fry until raw smell of the vegetable goes of nice aroma comes out, now remove
from the flame allow it to cool down then add lemon juice & cheese mix it
well.
- Take the dough make medium or small size
balls flatten it, keep 1 tspn full of stuffing in it & seal it properly.
- Then roll it using little maida flour into a parathas.
- Heat a girddle, cook these
parathas into nice & golden brown colour on both the sides, smear 1 tspn ghee on
both the sides.
- Serve hot with Pickle or Curd.
