My name is Latha V.Krishnan. I live in Singapore. My
hobbies are Cooking, Interior Decoration and
Needlework. Before coming to Singapore I was living in
Thailand for six years. I would like to share some
mouth-watering, spicy thai dishes.

Lap (Thai Dish)
Ingredients
Bean Curd - 4 pieces
Onion - 1
Mint Leaves - 1 small bunch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Thai Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Fresh Red Chillies - 3
Oil for frying
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the chillies diagonally.
- Slice the onions into
thin pieces.
- Wash the Bean curd and mash into
crumbles.
- Crush the garlic. Wash the Mint leaves and
remove the stem.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic till fragrant. Add
Onions and Bean Curd and fry for three minutes. Add
Soya Sauce, Chilli powder, Salt and fry for five
minutes.
- Add Mint leaves at the end. Serve it hot with
Plain Rice.
