Pancake
Ingredients
4 measures of wheat flour
1 measure of rice flour
2 medium-sized jaggery pieces
2 cloves of cinnamon - powdered
Method
- Crush jaggery in a little water and after it has melted, add both the flour, mixing it while doing so.
- Mix in the powdered cardamom. Heat a pan, oil it a little and pour a little batter.
- Spread the batter slowly from the centre (not too thin).
- Flip over after the lower part is cooked.
- Remove from the pan, once the other side is also done. Tasty pancakes are ready to eat.
It is hit with children. It is also very nutritious.
