Crispy Mutton Chaps

Ingredients

Mutton chaps 1/4 kg.
GingerGarlic paste 1tbl. spoon
Redchilli powder 2 teaspoons
Coriander seed powder (Dhania) 1 teaspoon
Garammasala 1 teaspoon
Bread powder 1 cup
Grated Onion one big
coriander leaves finely chopped
pepper powder 1 teaspoon
butter 1 teaspoon
2 eggs white only
salt to taste
oil

Method:

  1. Place a heavy bottom vessel on the stove and heat some oil.
  2. Put ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric and mix well.
  3. Add cleaned mutton chaps and add salt and mix well.
  4. Keep on low flame and stir occassionaly until the mutton chaps are cooked.
  5. In the meanwhile mix all these ingredients in a vessel.
  6. Bread powder, onion, coriander leaves, salt, egg white, butter, pepper and mix like dough.
  7. When the mutton chaps are done keep them aside, let it cool. Cover each chop with the dough we have prepared and deep fry in oil in kadai.

Crispy Mutton chaps are ready. Serve hot.
