Paneer Gobi
Ingredients
You need fresh paneer
Method:
Regular milk half gallon put in a big pan boil it and then add 2 lemons
turn off the fire and slowly and carefully put it in a cheese cloth so the
excess water gets out. Take all the water out until hard and stiff.
You need:
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup green peas
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp tumeric
1 grated gobi
salt as per taste
3 green pepper
1 tsp garam masala
Method:
In a pan heat oil about 2 teaspoon saute onions tomatoes and other spices add peas gobie and paneer mix altogether great with rotie or nun makes about 7 servings
