Onion Paratha
Ingredients
1. dough
2. 1 large onion
3. coriander leaves
4. red chilli powder (1/2 teaspoon)
5. salt
6. oil
Method for Dough
- 2 cup wheat flour (for 6-8 paratha)
- Add little oil in wheat flour
- Knead with water
- Make it very soft
- Make small balls (6-8)
For filling & paratha
- Cut the onion very fine
- Add in cut onion mix chilli powder, coriander leaves & salt
- Make small roti of dough ball
- Stuff that mix into roti and roll it gently
- Fry it both the side nicely with more oil
- Serve with pickle
