Fish Bread Roll
Ingredients
Fish (500gm)
Onion (two medium) slice
Ginger Garlic paste (2tsp)
Turmeric powder (1/2tsp)
Red Chilli powder (1/2tsp)
Garam Masala powder (1/2 tsp)
Grated Coriander leaves
Grated Green Chilli
Salt to taste
1/4tsp Sugar ,Oil
Slice Bread
Method:
- Clean the fish very well.
- Boil the fish & make it boneless for making kimma
- Put oil in a pan, add slice onion & saute till colour change
- Add boiled fish, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli
powder, garam masala, grated green chilli (as per your taste), coriander
leaves, sugar--- fry it in a low flame till tender. Keep it cool. Now fish kimma is ready for stuffing.
- Take a slice bread & soak it in normal water & takeout quickly for
giving easy shape
- Stuff fish kimma into bread, press the bread in your two hands & give
a shape (oveal ,round)
- Now heat oil in a kadai & fry the breadroll till golden brown.
- Seve hot with Chutney & Salad.
