Phat Prik Khapao (Thai Dish)
Ingredients
Baby corn - 12 pieces
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 50 gms
Long beans - 50 gms
Button Mushrooms - 25 gms
Fresh red chillies - 7
Garlic - 5 cloves
Soya sauce - 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2tbsp.
Method
- Slice all the vegetables into thin long pieces.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
- Peel garlic and pound it with fresh red chillies in a mortar or electric mixie.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add the ground chilli, garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes.
- Add the vegetables and fry till it is cooked.
- If necessary add some water to the vegetables.
- Add soya sauce and salt to taste.
Serve it hot with Steamed Thai Fragrant Rice.
