Vegetable Gold Coins
Ingredients
4 slices Bread
4 tbsp Oil
1 Onion chopped
2 cups mix vegetable (Carrot, Cabbage, Peas boiled, Mushroom, Brocoli,) chopped finely
1 boiled & mashed Potato (big or 2 small)
1 tsp each of Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander for garnish.
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Method:
- In a pan add oil, onion & soute for 1 min. Then add vegetables and mix well.
- When the vegetables are almost cooked add mashed potato & mix well.
- Add all the masala & salt.
- Garnish with coriander.
- In a bread slice make it round with a katori & add this mixture.
- Take 1 tbsp corn flour, make it thick consistency (add water & mix well to make thick).
- Spread on bread & add little til (sesame seeds) & fry them.
- Eat with Sauce.
