Vegetable Gold Coins

Ingredients

4 slices Bread
4 tbsp Oil
1 Onion chopped
2 cups mix vegetable (Carrot, Cabbage, Peas boiled, Mushroom, Brocoli,) chopped finely
1 boiled & mashed Potato (big or 2 small)
1 tsp each of Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander for garnish.
1 tbsp Corn Flour

Method:

  1. In a pan add oil, onion & soute for 1 min. Then add vegetables and mix well.
  2. When the vegetables are almost cooked add mashed potato & mix well.
  3. Add all the masala & salt.
  4. Garnish with coriander.
  5. In a bread slice make it round with a katori & add this mixture.
  6. Take 1 tbsp corn flour, make it thick consistency (add water & mix well to make thick).
  7. Spread on bread & add little til (sesame seeds) & fry them.
  8. Eat with Sauce.
