Kumar. This following receipe of Methi Pulao is very different
receipe for pulao. So give a break to Matar Pulao and try this new
kind of pulao. My husband Ajay Kumar likes it very much. you can mail

Methi Pulao
Ingredients
1 tbp spoon kasuri methi (dry methi)
1 tsp jeera
A few Green Chillies according to taste
2 cups of rices
Red chilli powder to taste
Whole Garam Masalas for seasoning
Bay leaves 1 no, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, garam
masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a cooker put a little oil and add bay leaves,
jeera and the whole garam masalas.
- When it is slightly brown add red chilli, salt and
turmeric powder then add kasuri methi and add the
rice.
- Cook as you cook normal rice.
- Serve with any of your favourite Raitas.
