Black Forest Cake
Ingredients
1. Maida : 1 cup (8 oz)
2. Sugar ;1cup ,
3. Cocoa Powder 1/4th cup (2oz)
4. Baking powder 2 levelled teas spooned.
5. Pepsi (or) Aerated Cola (or) Aerated Soda 1/2 cup (100ml)
6. Egg 3 in number
7. Vegetable Oil 100 ml.
8. vanila essence 2tsp .
9 . Cream . 1 packet (250gm) 1
0. Wine . 2tsp .
11. Cherry ----fresh (or) tinned ---1 tin
12. Dairy Milk Chocolate 1 bar .
Method:
- First beat the eggs, mix the powdered sugar with it.
- Sieve the maida with baking powder.
- Mix the flour to the egg and sugar followed by
cocoa and oil and vanilla essence, wine. Lastly add pepsi.
- Preheat the oven and keep the mixture in any shaped dish greased, first in 160 degree slowly reduce to 120 then to min.
- Bake 2 cakes separatly after cooling pour the sugar syrup in the cherry tin over one cake then spred the cream (after mixing it with sugar) over the cake. Then keep the other cake over this cake repeat with syrup and cream. Over the cream put the grated chocolate (keep it in fridge before grating it). Aarrange the cherries according to the pieces your going to cut.
