Tofu With Red Capsicum
Ingredients
1 red Capsicum
1 cake Tofu
Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Turmeric
1tsp dry Coriander
1tsp Gram Masala
1 Tomato
1 clove Garlic
Ginger
1tsp Salt
1 Onion
1 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Cut the tofu and capsicum into big square pieces.
- Chop tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger, now take a pan with 1 tbsp oil put
jeera, garlic
and ginger with chopped onion saute it till brown now add tomato saute it
little while and add all the spices cook it for few minutes.
- After 2 minutes
add tofu with capiscum. Cook it for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with
chapattis or rice.
Note: You can make it without onion also.
