Hi There,
I am Shanta Chopra residing in Australia with my husband & my family, We are purely vegetarian I love cooking, I make my family eat all kinds of veggies& fruits. Some veggies like cabbage they wont eat otherwise except as CABBAGE PARANTHAS. I would like to share this recipe with all of you, a very simple solution for moms whom kids don't like cabbage.

Cabbage Paranthas

Ingredients

1. 4 cups of Chapati Flour
2. Cabbage- 1 pound
3. Green Chillies- 2 finely chopped
4. Grated Ginger
5. Salt
6. Fresh Coriander chopped (optional)

Method:

  1. Make dough of the flour, make 6 balls of the dough.
  2. Finely chop the cabbage.
  3. Mix chopped cabbage with rest of the ingriedients.
  4. Roll one ball of dough a bit, put the mixture in & fold it then roll it into a parantha.
  5. Put it on a frying pan shallow fry it.
  6. Serve hot with Butter or Youghurt.
