Broccoli Chaat/Salad
Ingredients
1 large Broccoli
3 Chilies
2 tbsp Oil
1 teaspoon Amchur
1 teaspoon Chilly Powder
3 tbsp Besan Flour
Method:
- Cut broccoli into not too fine florets and was well.
- Crush chillies in a
mixer.
- Heat oil in a frypan or kadai and add the crushed chilies. Add big
florets of Broccoli to the frying pan and stir this for a minute or so.
- Add amchur, Chilly Powder and very little Besan flour to it.
- You can serve this hot or cold as a side salad or a chaat that can be passed around during a movie. A healthy and tasty appetizer.
