Jeera Goli

Ingredients

50 gms. Dried Mango Powder (Amachoor),
2 table spoon Cumin seeds (Jeera),
9 table spoon crused sugar powder,
1 medium lime,
Salt upto taste,

Method :-

  1. Sprea Jeera in a pan.
  2. Cook them on medium heat.
  3. Move Jeera with a spoon so it doesn't get burned.
  4. Continue this process until Jeera seems dark red.
  5. Crush them finely in a mixer & make them powder.
  6. Take a bowl & pour one spoon sugar powder.
Tip:- Sugar powder is normally available in a store, if not you can crush whole sugar in mixer.
  7. Mix remaining sugar, lime juice, jeera powder, dried mango powder & salt together. Mix them well.
  8. Make small little bools from them.
  9. Roll those bolls with suger in the bowl.
  10. Put those bolls on a paper & allow them to dry for 1 & 1/2 hours in sun light or in front of fan.

You can store them & eat one or two Jeera-golies (bolls) after each diner or lunch like 'Variyari', 'Dhania Daal'.
