Plum Juice

Ingredients

Fresh plums 500gms
3 cups water
Rose syrup 1to1 1/2 cups
Cumin powder 1tsp.
Black pepper-ground-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Citric acid 1/2 to 1tsp(dissolved in water)

Method

  1. Put plums in water, boil for about 3 minutes.Cool.
  2. Remove pits by hand.
  3. Put plums in blender and strain.
  4. Add all above ingredients.
  5. Mix and serve cold on ice.
