Plum Juice
Ingredients
Fresh plums 500gms
3 cups water
Rose syrup 1to1 1/2 cups
Cumin powder 1tsp.
Black pepper-ground-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Citric acid 1/2 to 1tsp(dissolved in water)
Method
- Put plums in water, boil for about 3 minutes.Cool.
- Remove pits by hand.
- Put plums in blender and strain.
- Add all above ingredients.
- Mix and serve cold on ice.
