Khasta Kachori
Ingredients
4 cup Maida flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup Rawa four
1 cup Besan flour
Salt to taste...
1 TSP Baking soda
1/2 cup Whole dhania
1/4 cup black pepper
1 cup Variyari
1/2 cup Jira
2 TSP Red Chilli
1 TSP garlic paste
1 TSP ginger paste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
For Topings:
2 cup thick sweet tumric paste with little water
1 cup Yogurt
Method:
Frying oil in pan.
- Mix all ingredients like whole Dhania, black pepper, variyari, jeera,
red chilli and salt to taste and fry for few minutes in oil.
- Grind all mix in grinder to make powder.
- Mix grinded
powder and remaining ginger, garlic paste with all flour.
- Add 1/4 cup oil and add baking soda with little water at a time to
make dough.
- Keep dough for 15 miutes and then make small round balls to make
thick puri like Kachori and fry in pan with oil on stove.
- Fry thick kachori - just like Puries....
- When kachori is eatable cool, add turmic paste and yogurt on top
and sprinkle red chilli powder and serve.
