Golden Fish Tikala
Ingredients
20 small Golden Fish
2 tablespoon crushed Garlic
4 cut Green Chillies
1 tablespoon cut Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Chilli powder
2 tsp Dhania Jeera powder.
Salt to taste
Tamarind pulp 3 tablespoon
Oil tablespoon.
Method:
- Clean the fish and apply salt, turmeric, chili powder and keep
aside.
- Heat oil in a flat bottom pan. Add garlic and fry for 2 mins. Add
the fish and stir it for a min. Add 1/2 cup water. When boils and
tamarind pulp along with dhania jeera powder and coriander leaves and
cut green chilies. Boil till cook for a min. Serve with boiled rice.
