Mutton Cutles
Ingredients
250 Gm Minced Meat
3 Green Chillies
1 Onion
1 Egg
1 Dsp Worcester Sauce
1/4 Bunch Coriendar Leaves
Few Mint Leaves
1 Inch Piece of Ginger
2 Slice Bread
4 Flakes of Garlic
1 Dsp Vinegar
Bread Crumbs for Coating
Method:
- Wash The Minced Meat, Put it Into The Dekchi Cover &
- Keep on Low Fire Till All The Meat Water Dries
- Completely, Grined Meat To a Paste Peel & Finaly
- Choped the Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Mint Leaves &
- Coriendar Leaves Mix all The Ing's, With The Meat add
- Sauce & Vinegar, Keet The Bread in Water, Squeeze
- Out The Excess Water Mash it & Add it In To Mutton
- Mixture, Mix Will Shape into Cutles, Drop in a
- Beaten Eggs Roll into Bread Crumbs & Shallow Fry Well
- And Serve.
