To my dears
I`m Shivani Kapadia. I`m 25 years old. I work with my husband in his office. I dont get much time for cooking so I normaly cook such dishes which are very less time consuming. So here is the receipe which is spicy and takes only few minutes

Rotli Nu Saak

Ingredients

chapattis 6 pcs
sour curd 1 cup
haldi 1/2 tspoon
mirchipowder 1 tspoon
dhania powder 1-1/2 spoon
oil 1 tb spoon
mustard seeds 1/2 tspoon
salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a vessel add mustard seeds.
  2. Mix water in curds stir well add all the masalas in to that.
  3. When mustard starts popping add the curd mixture to it keep stiring the mixture.
  4. Make small pcs of chapattis and it to the mixture.
  5. Dont forget to stir.
  6. Allow to boil for 2 minutes.

Your saak is ready.
Sprinkle corriander leaves (chopped) if required.
