Rotli Nu Saak
Ingredients
chapattis 6 pcs
sour curd 1 cup
haldi 1/2 tspoon
mirchipowder 1 tspoon
dhania powder 1-1/2 spoon
oil 1 tb spoon
mustard seeds 1/2 tspoon
salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil in a vessel add mustard seeds.
- Mix water in curds stir well add all the masalas in to that.
- When mustard starts popping add the curd mixture to it keep stiring the mixture.
- Make small pcs of chapattis and it to the mixture.
- Dont forget to stir.
- Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Your saak is ready.
Sprinkle corriander leaves (chopped) if required.
