I am Janani, 8th std student from Indian School, Bahrain. I love preparing cakes, puddings & cookies. This is one of my favourite. Hope you too will enjoy eating it.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Butter
3 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup grated Dark. Chocolate

Method:

  1. Beat the butter till creamy.
  2. Next add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Make balls of the mixture and place them on a greesed baking tray.
  4. Now press these balls to flattern them & bake them in the oven at 160oC till hard.
  5. Serve chilled.
