Kandathippilli Rasam
Ingredients
1. Small Round size Tamarind
2. Salt to taste
3. Asafoetida powder or L.G.Powder
4. 2 Red Chillies
5. 12 Whole Pepper
6. 1 spoon of Toor dhal
7. 1 Kandathipilli
Method:
- Make as usual rasam and you can also add 1 pinch of
sugar in this rasam. When the rasam boils garnish with
corriander leaves.
- For seasoning: Fry the muster and cummin seeds and
when spluttered pour it in the rasam and serve hot
with rice. Enjoy the taste.
