Mushroom Pakoras
Ingredients
1 packet Mushrooms
1 cup of Besan
Add the following to the besan 2 tsp Chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Dhania Jeera powder, one medium sized Onion finely chopped, 4-5 cloves of Garlic finely chopped, Salt to taste, Haldi powder, little Lemon juice (optional), Coriander leaves finely chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with the besan and make a thick batter you can add soda or baking powder as per choice.
- Clean mushrooms and apply a little salt ( take whole mushroom if they are small and cut into four pieces if large)
- Dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
