Paneer Burji
Ingredients
Paneer crumbled - 200 gms
Raisins - 25 gms
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 200 gms
Onion - 100 gms
Green Chilli - 4 nos
Salt to taste
Grind the above ingredients to a paste:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 4 pods
Cashew - 25 gms
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
- Take some oil in a dekchi & fry the onions, green chillies.
- Add the tomato pieces, fry well. Now add coconut, ginger, garlic, cashew & poopy seed paste, fry well.
- Add crumbled paneer some water, raisins, garam masala & salt.
Boil for some time & decorate with coriander leaves & fresh cream.
