Laddu Delight
Ingredients
1. 1/2 kg. Rava (Sooji)
2. 1/2 kg. Sugar
3. 10 cashewnuts
4. 5-6 Elaichi
5. 8-10 Kismis
6. 1 cup Ghee or Dalda.
Method:
- Fry the Rava in a frying pan along with 1/2 cup
of Ghee or Dalda till you smell a good aroma.
- Fry cashews in ghee lightly.
- Grind the Rava into a fine powder.
- Grind Sugar also into a fine powder.
- Mix Rava and Sugar, add cashews, elaichi and kismis. Pour ghee a little at a time and prepare delicious
laddus. These are easy to make and tasty to eat.
