Hello bawarchi fans!
I'm Deepa Sriram residing in Chicago suburbs. I love working on new dishes and thus was born the following recipe. Happy cokking to all of you.

Channadal-Groundnut-Coconut Burfi

Ingredients

Channa flour 1 cups
Powdered Groundnut 1 cups,
Coconut grated 2 cups,
Sugar 3 cups,
Ghee 3 cups and Edible Colours if nedded

Method:

  1. Mix grated coconut, channa flour and the powdered groundnut in a pan
  2. Add sugar to the above and keep mixing it.
  3. Heat ghee and pour the ghee little by little into the mixture.
  4. Keep heating it and stir it continously. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate.
  5. Allow it to cool and the cut into pieces.
