Channadal-Groundnut-Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
Channa flour 1 cups
Powdered Groundnut 1 cups,
Coconut grated 2 cups,
Sugar 3 cups,
Ghee 3 cups and Edible Colours if nedded
Method:
- Mix grated coconut, channa flour and the powdered groundnut in a
pan
- Add sugar to the above and keep mixing it.
- Heat ghee and pour the ghee little by little into the mixture.
- Keep heating it and stir it continously. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate.
- Allow it to cool and the cut into pieces.
