the ones from Bawarchi So here is my contribution. Everyone who has eaten
this salad has asked me its recipe and I would like to share it with you. I

Moong-Chana Sprout Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Moong dal (sprouted)
1 cup Kabuli Chana (sprouted)
1 large Beet
1 large Cucumber
1 large Tomato
1 large Onion
1 small leafy green Cabbage
1 small leafy purple Cabbage
1 small Green Pepper
Lemon Juice
Salt, Pepper (grounded), Ground Sugar, Chat Masala to taste.
Method:
- Steam beetroot in pressure cooker, allow one whistle. Peel and cut it into long pieces like fingers.
- Cut cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, green cabbage, purple cabbage,
green pepper into long pieces like fingers.
- Take a transparent Salad bowl. Place the beet, cucumber, tomato, onion....into the bowl. Spread the Moong and Chana sprouts.
- Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, grounded pepper, chat masala. Toss it with a fork till well mixed.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve cold. Enjoy!!!
