I am Sushma Baadkar from Bahrain. I love cooking very much. I was really happy to see a website so informative and delicious. I would like to share some of my recipes.

Pomfret Green Masala

Ingredients

5 Garlic cloves
Small size Gingers
6 Green Chillies
1-cup Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tblspn grated Coconut
1 Onion
1 lemon sized Tamarind
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tblspn Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut fish in slices
  2. Grind garlic, ginger, 1\2 Onion, tamarind, coconut, coriander leaves & Green chilies.
  3. Heat the oil in large frying pan and fry the onion and add the green mixture, coriander powder turmeric powder salt and little water.
  4. Lower the heat slightly and add Pamphlet pieces. Let it boil for five minutes then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rice.
