Thanda Thanda Cool Cool
Ingredients
Buttermilk (prepared with sweet curds)
Green Chillies 2-3
Ginger small piece (or as per the taste)
Pudna (Mint) leaves (finely chopped)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves (fresh and finely chopped) as per
the taste.
Salt to taste
Method:
- To 2 cups of sweet curds add 3-4 cups of water and
shake in a shaker or mixer to make buttermilk.
- Make paste (raw) of ginger and chillies, chop finely mint
leaves. Add these ingredients to buttermilk along with
curry leaves and coriander leaves (finely chopped) and
not to forget salt. Mix them thoroughly and keep in
refrigerator and serve chill.
It is good for all seasons and at all times,
especially for those who have indigestion/or
constipation problem. Very good in summer months to
keep you thanda thanda cool cool!
