Spicy Crispy Shrimps
Ingredients
Shrimps - 250 gms
Cornflour - 5 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garlic - 6-8 pods finely chopped
Dry Red Chilli flakes - to taste (If u don't have flakes, u can make some by finely chopping the dry red chillies)
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Wash shrimps throughly. Pat dry.
- Mix cornflour, pepper powder and little salt in a bowl.
- Dip the shrimp in this dry powder, coat it. Deep fry for 1 minute on
either side. Set aside all the fried shrimps.
- In a kadai/wok, put little oil. When hot add garlic and chilli
flakes, fry nicely, add fried shrimp, add soya sauce and mix well and fry till soya sauce evoparates.
- Serve hot.
