My name is Swati Barnabas. I'm a housewife and I'm a post graduate from Uni. of Pune. My husband is a non-veg. and we compulsory have a non-veg. dish in our day to day diet. I take an opportunity to post a easy recipe which is very less time consuming and delicious.

Goat Meat Curry

Ingredients

Goat Meat 1 Kg.
Onion 5 -6 (big)
Tomato 2 (big)
Garlic 12-15 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Green Cardamom 8
Clove 8
Cinnamon stick 4
Bay leaf 4
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Big Cardamom 4
Cumin seed powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Oil 6 - 8 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green Coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Clean the meat and remove the fat as much as possible.
  2. Cut onion into very small pieces and so the tomato.
  3. Add the oil, heat it, add bay leaf and other dry whole spices and heat for further 1min. Keep stiring. Add onion and fry till dark brown, then add the tomatoes and the meat along with turmeric. Stir it well and fry till all the water dries and the meat gets darker tinch.
  4. Add boiling water as per the consistency of the curry required and pressurise it untill tender. Lastly add salt and garnish it with coriander before serving.
  5. Serve hot with Rice, Chappati / Paratha or Puris.
