Quick Cake

Ingredients

1 cup Maida
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup White Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tbsp Chocolate (break into pieces)

Method:

1. Sieve maida & baking powder.
2. Put eggs, butter, sugar into the mixer and mix together all the ingredients till a custard like consistency is reached.
3. Take the mixture out in a bowl and fold the flour, alternatively with the broken choco pieces.
4. Bake at 200 degree centigrade for 20-30 minutes till done.
