Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients

2 boiled Potatoes
2 cubes grated Amul Cheese (you can use any cheddar cheese like kraft)
4 slices of White Bread
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Dampen the bread pieces with water and squeeze out the water. Add these to the mashed potatoes, grated cheese, chilli powder and salt and form thin long cutlets of around 1 1/2 inches.
  2. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Eat with Tomato Ketchup. Hope you enjoy it. Its really good to taste.
