Egg Curry
Ingredients
Egg 3 no
Big Onion 3 no
Potato medium 2 no
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Green Chilly 4 no
Salt to taste
Oil
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
Cocount 1 cup grated
Coriander leaves for decoration
Method:
- Slice the onions.
- Cut potatoes to small pieces.
- Split green chillies into two.
- Boil the eggs and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. When it becomes hot put the sliced onion and fry until golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste to this and fry again for two minutes.
- Extract milk from coconut by beating it with litttle luke warm water. Repeat again this to get the second milk with 1 cup water.
- Put the potatoes to the pan and add salt coriander powder, garam masala powder to it. Pour in the second milk and the green chillies. Simmer it until the potatoes are cooked well. Add the first milk. Put off the heat. Decorate it with coriander leaves.
This curry is ideal with chappathi's puri's or appam. You can alter the egg by chicken also. For vegetarian's omit the egg . Rest is same. Try this.
