Mataau (African Dish)

Ingredients

1 kg powder of Groundnut (mandavi powder)
250 gm Tomato
250 gm Potato
250 gm carrot
250 gm Cabage
100 gm Garlic
250 gm Onion
1/2 kg Patcora's Leaves
5 tea spoon of Salt
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Cut patcora's leaves in small pieces and boil in 2 litre of water boil in 5 litres of water the all above veg. like carrot, potatoes in slices. Let it remain in the water, remove patcora's leaves from boil water and add with above veg. Add groundnut powder and boil together, stir until boii.
  2. Heat oil in other vessel, fry (not too much) garlic paste, onion paste, tomatto paste, chilli powder.
  3. All fried veg. from n0.2 add in no.1 and add salt and boil it 15 min then add lemon juce. Now it is ready to serve.
