Spicy Macaroni
Ingredients
200 gms - Macaroni
One (big) - Onion (Chopped)
One (big) - Tomato (chopped)
100 gms- Potato (diced)
1Tbsp- Oil
1tsp - Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala - to taste
Salt - to taste
Method:
- Boil the Macaroni with a smear of Ghee for 2- 3 minutes. Wash it in cold
water and set aside.
- Heat a kadai with 1tbsp of oil. Saute the onions, add tomates and saute them until they get cooked.
- Add the potatoes and simmer the mixture until potato gets done. Add the
Red chilli powder , Garam Masala & salt.
- Now add the Macaroni. Cook for 2 Minutes.
- Serve with Tomato Sauce and Cheese.
