Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices of wheat or multigrain bread (toasted)
1/4 a tomato
1/2 onion
2 hot pepper
cilantro
3 or 4 dill chips
Salt to taste

Chop all of them fine and make a sandwich with toasted bread.

Variation : Use wheat pita bread instead
