Misti Doi
Ingredients
Plain Yogurt 2 tbsp
Sugar according to taste
Evaporated Milk-- 2 can (385 ml)
Sour Cream 285 gm
Method:
- Put sour cream, sugar, yogurt. Whisk it together.
- Slowly mix the evaporated milk.
- Whisk it very well until you see froth on top of it.
- Pre heat oven 250.
- Put the mixture into the oven in 250 degree for 15 mins. Then turn heat down to 200 keep it for 2/3 hrs.
- You can check it by puting a tooth pick into the dish, when it comes
out clean that means its ready. Take it out from the oven. Cool it for a
while then put it in the fridge.
Tip:
You can mix little bit of brown sugar. Just to give it a nice colour.
