Ingredients

Plain Yogurt 2 tbsp
Sugar according to taste
Evaporated Milk-- 2 can (385 ml)
Sour Cream 285 gm

Method:

  1. Put sour cream, sugar, yogurt. Whisk it together.
  2. Slowly mix the evaporated milk.
  3. Whisk it very well until you see froth on top of it.
  4. Pre heat oven 250.
  5. Put the mixture into the oven in 250 degree for 15 mins. Then turn heat down to 200 keep it for 2/3 hrs.
  6. You can check it by puting a tooth pick into the dish, when it comes out clean that means its ready. Take it out from the oven. Cool it for a while then put it in the fridge.

Tip: You can mix little bit of brown sugar. Just to give it a nice colour.
