Channa Vada

Ingredients

Channa daal 250 gms soaked for atleast 2 hour.
1 small Onion finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1/2 bunch of Pudina Leaves finely chopped
Few Kari Patta leaves chopped
1 tps of Red Chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per your taste.

Method:

  1. First grind the daal corasely using as little as water possible.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients and shape into small round flat balls.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil and remove. Can be had with chutney or plain.
