Channa Vada
Ingredients
Channa daal 250 gms soaked for atleast 2 hour.
1 small Onion finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1/2 bunch of Pudina Leaves finely chopped
Few Kari Patta leaves chopped
1 tps of Red Chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per your taste.
Method:
- First grind the daal corasely using as little as water possible.
- Mix all the above ingredients and shape into small round flat balls.
- Deep fry in hot oil and remove. Can be had with chutney or plain.
