Black Death Cake
Ingredients
1. 1 lb Butter
2. 3 cups Sugar
3. 6 Eggs
4. 3 1/2 cups Flour
5. 1 cup Cocoa
6. 1 cup plain, non-fat Yogurt
7. 2 tsps. Vanilla Extract
8. 2 tsps. Baking Powder
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add 2 cups
flour and beat well. Mix in yougurt and extract.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Butter a 10" cake tin and dust with cocoa powder. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until the cake pulls away from the tin's edges. Cool in the tin for 20 minutes, remove and finish cooling.
