My name is Renuka Aparna. I am a housewife staying in Huntington, WestVirginia. I thought of sharing my recipe with you all. My mail id is renu_aparna@hotmail.com

Banana Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 Ripe Bananna
2-3 tsp Water
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Elaichi powder

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingrdients except water.
  2. Knead the dough thoroughly.
  3. Add water little by little to make a smooth ball of dough.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls.
  5. Take a plastic sheet grase it with oil or ghee.
  6. Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puir's at a time.
  8. Repeat this for all the balls made out of dough.
  9. Let them cool so that they become cripsy.

I am sure these will be enjoyed with all the family members. These can stored in a airtight container for more than 10 days.

Note: If the dough becomes loose, let it refrigirate for 10-15 min.
