I am Mrs Viji from Qatar, Arabian gulf. Here I like to present a recipe of a new type of vadai, named Peas masala vadai. Try and enjoy it.

Peas Masala Vadai
Ingredients
Green Peas - 500 gms
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1
Potato - 1
Coriander - Handfull
Chilly powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Ginger - little
Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak the peas for 2 hours.
- Grind the peas partially.
- Cut the onion, coriander and mix with the grinded peas.
- Add cumin in it.
- Grate the carrot and potato and ginger and add to the mixture.
- Add salt and chilly powder to it. Mix it properly.
- Take it little by little like balls, flatten in and fry in oil till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
