Hello,
I am Mrs Viji from Qatar, Arabian gulf. Here I like to present a recipe of a new type of vadai, named Peas masala vadai. Try and enjoy it.

Peas Masala Vadai

Ingredients

Green Peas - 500 gms
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1
Potato - 1
Coriander - Handfull
Chilly powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Ginger - little
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Soak the peas for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the peas partially.
  3. Cut the onion, coriander and mix with the grinded peas.
  4. Add cumin in it.
  5. Grate the carrot and potato and ginger and add to the mixture.
  6. Add salt and chilly powder to it. Mix it properly.
  7. Take it little by little like balls, flatten in and fry in oil till it becomes golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with sauce.
