Cocoa Burfi
Ingredients
1-1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1-1/4 cup Ghee
1-1/2 - 2 cups Sugar
1 cup Milk
8-10 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
Method:
- Mix cocoa powder in luke warm milk well without any lumps.
- In a heavy bottomed pan put everything together mix well and then
keep it on the stove.
- Keep stirring the mixture once it starts leaving the sides of the
pan put it in a greased tray and cut into pieces.
- Serve hot or cold.
Note: We can use cocoa drinking chocolate or dark cocoa powder.
If using dark cocoa powder reduce the quantity by 2 teaspoon.
