Cocoa Burfi

Ingredients

1-1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1-1/4 cup Ghee
1-1/2 - 2 cups Sugar
1 cup Milk
8-10 teaspoon Cocoa Powder

Method:

  1. Mix cocoa powder in luke warm milk well without any lumps.
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan put everything together mix well and then keep it on the stove.
  3. Keep stirring the mixture once it starts leaving the sides of the pan put it in a greased tray and cut into pieces.
  4. Serve hot or cold.

Note: We can use cocoa drinking chocolate or dark cocoa powder. If using dark cocoa powder reduce the quantity by 2 teaspoon.
