Ribbon Pakoda
Ingredients
Tuvar dal -1
Rice -3
Red Chillies -3
Hing - a pinch
Butter - 25 gms
Salt -to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
- Powder the Tuvar dal and rice finely.
- Mix all the ingredients together with a little water to form a stiff dough.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan. Put some dough into the ribbon pakoda mould and squeeze out directly on the oil carefully. Fry till it turns a golden brown and remove. Drain out on a tissue paper and store in an airtight container when cool.
