Mutton Biryani

Ingredients

1.. 12 pieces of Mutton
2.. Chopped Onions
3.. Garam Masala Powder
4.. Yougurt (1 cup)
5.. Ginger Garlic Paste
6.. Salt
7.. Red Chilli Powder
8.. Turmeric Powder
9.. Coriander Powder
10.. Cilantro, Mint
11.. Sour Cream

Method

  1. Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, sour cream, Coarinder Powder for 1 hr.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan till they turn to golden brown and keep them aside.
  3. Take some oil in a pan, add some chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and add the marinated mutton.
  4. Let it cook for 10 to 15 mins in a medium flame. Then add yougurt and let it cookfor 10 more mins.
  5. Crush the fried onions and add it to the step 4.
  6. Add Garam Masala Powder

Preparation Of Rice

  1. For 5 cups of rice pour 10 glasses of water
  2. Add Raw garam Masala, salt and cook it for 1/4.
  3. Layer the mutton
  4. Cover the dish with a lid
  5. And make it cook for 15 to 20 mins.

And your mouth watering Mutton Biryani is Ready to serve it and to eat it.
