Health Drink

Ingredients

Boiled Rice- 1 kg
Barley-100 gms
Badam-100 gms

Method:

  1. Wash and dry the rice in a clean cloth. After 4 hours fry all the things in a pan little by little until the fine aroma comes out. Powder this nearby flour mill. Otherwise prepare half of the quantity powder it in your mixer.
  2. Take 4 spoons powder, half glass water, half glass milk. Mix it in a vessel stir and boil it to 10 mintues in a low flame and sugar to your taste and drink it.

We all know boiled rice is good for disgestion, barley cures the urinery infections, badam is good for skin and brain.
