Hi!
I am Deepa from Maryland. Sometimes after parties there is a lot of vegatable dishes left over and the family gets bored eating it over and over again. Here is something that is quick and healthy and avoids wastage. Also good if kids don't eat vegetables!!!

Paratha

Ingredients

Any Vegetable Dish [Sabji, that is left over] (E.g. Cauliflower, Cabbage, Mixed Veg, beans etc.)
Chapati Flour (as required)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ajwain
Chilli Powder (as per taste)
A pinch of turmeric

Method

Put the mixed veg into a blender, add a little water and make a paste. Then add this paste to chapati flour. Add the remaining ingredients and kead. Make parathas out of it. Enjoy!!!
