Paratha
Ingredients
Any Vegetable Dish [Sabji, that is left over] (E.g. Cauliflower, Cabbage, Mixed Veg, beans etc.)
Chapati Flour (as required)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ajwain
Chilli Powder (as per taste)
A pinch of turmeric
Method
Put the mixed veg into a blender, add a little water and make a paste. Then add this paste to chapati flour. Add the remaining ingredients and kead. Make parathas out of it. Enjoy!!!
